Two rounds of zazen, ending with a chanting service. Through the winter months, we do not always heat the zendo for early morning zazen, and instead sit in a smaller heated room. Please call or email ahead of time to let us know you’re coming so we can be sure to have space for everyone.
Note About Scheduled Meditation
If you’d like to join us for meditation and have never sat with us before, please call ahead to arrange a 45-minute orientation. We recommend starting with the Sunday program, when possible; it’s a good way to begin and to get a feeling for the practice and sangha at Windhorse.
Please check the calendar below for any updates or cancellations.
