9:30 am: Sunday Program9:30 am: Sunday Program – Our Sunday program consists of two rounds of zazen, with a posture change at the halfway point, followed by kinhin. Then, a teisho will be offered from one of our roshis, followed by a vegetarian potluck. Please consider bringing a dish to share. If it is your first time coming to Windhorse, please reach out to Lani at lani.banner@windhorsezen.org to arrange a time before the beginning of meditation for an orientation. |

7:00 pm: Evening Meditation at Winhorse7:00 pm: Evening Meditation at Winhorse – On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, we offer in-person and virtual sitting via Facebook Live. On Tuesdays it is two rounds of zazen, with kinhin, occasionally followed by a chanting service. On Wednesday, there are three rounds of zazen, with kinhin, and occasionally followed by a chanting service. Both Sunya-roshi and Lawson-roshi are available for in-person dokusan. On Thursday, there are two rounds of zazen, with kinhin occasionally followed by a chanting service. Both Sunya-roshi and Lawson-roshi are available for in-person dokusan.
